The TenChek^TM application process is as follows:

• Fill out the on-line application form or the printable application form*.
• Print out and read through our Membership & Confidentiality Agreement.
• Fill out the first page of this document, affix your signature to page 4, and initial each of the other pages to indicate that you have read them.
• Fax (Toronto: 905-509-9107; rest of Canada: 902-475-3683) or upload all of the following:
  • Your signed & initialed Membership & Confidentiality Agreement in its entirety, including appendices.
  • A copy of your company registration (if you represented an incorporated company)
  • A copy of a piece of valid photo ID for the principal applicant (preferrably scanned and uploaded; if no access to scanner, then fax a high-contrast copy so the name and address are legible).
  • A copy of your current rental application. If you do not have one, you can use our rental application generator to create one.
    
    NOTE: Your rental application must contain legal consent language that gives you permission to pull a credit report on your applicant, as well as to disclose any information related to or arising from their tenancy to GateMaster for the purpose of building a database of tenant rental history.
