The TenChek^TM application process is as follows:

• Fill out the on-line application form or the printable application form*.
• Either fax (Toronto: 905-509-9107; rest of Canada: 902-475-3683) or email all of the following:
  • Your signed membership & confidentiality agreement (also send the original by mail).
  • A copy of your current rental application
    
    (If you do not have one, you can use our rental application generator to create one.)
    NOTE: Your rental application must contain appropriate legal consent language.
  • A copy of your company registration or a valid photo id if you are a private rental unit owner (photo ID is best scanned and emailed).
