Basic Membership gives you access to all the features of the Free Membership, plus instant access to TenChek's Profile Reports.

TenChek's Profile Reports provide a fast alternative to full credit reports. Without releasing consumer-sensitive credit information, the Profile Report provides a summarized overview of a person's credit and tenant history - easily enough information for you to make your decisions.

With a Basic Membership, you can also:

• Request Criminal Background Checks
• Request Commercial Credit Reports
• Have TenChek notify you when a credit report is requested on one of your tenants
• Contribute to the TenChek Rental History database - tell other landlords about your good (and not-so-good) experiences with your tenants!

The Premium Membership application process can take between 1 and 2 weeks to complete, as an on-site inspection of your business office is required before we are able to release credit report data to your organization.

What is an on-site inspection, and why do I need one?

On-Site Inspections are a requirement within the credit-reporting industry for all end-users who will be receiving detailed consumer credit information. Due to the sensitive nature of consumer credit data, end-users are required to submit to an on-site inspection of their business premises by a qualified inspector to ensure the secure handling of any consumer credit information.
